Thank you for purchasing nursery plants from us. We strive to ensure that all our plants arrive in perfect condition. This refund policy outlines the procedures and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through our website using Razorpay payment services.
All plants are carefully inspected before shipping. Plants are guaranteed to arrive alive and in good condition and are covered for 7 days from delivery, provided care instructions are followed.
Eligible: Dead on Arrival (DOA), incorrect items, missing items, or plants with disease/pest
issues within 7 days not caused by improper care.
Not Eligible: Damage from neglect, transplant shock, weather, repotting, post-shipping
cancellations, or seasonal dormancy.
Step 1: Take clear photos within 24 hours (before unpacking if DOA).
Step 2: Email info@pavamanagri.com with order number, photos, and issue description within
4 days.
Step 3: Our team assesses the case within 48 business hours.
Step 4: Resolution includes replacement (if available), store credit, or refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges refunded only if the issue is due to our error.
Orders may be cancelled before shipping for a full refund. After shipping, they fall under this policy's return terms.
Minor variations in size, color, or seasonal dormancy are natural and not valid for refunds.
